This wave occurred in a training during the Katherine Mello Pro 2009.

Really good lefts were rolling that day and i was lucky to catch this one..

To give one of those or any other aerial maneuver is very important to have SPEED..

The more speed you have the more easier and beautiful(projected) the maneuver will be executed.

I WILL ALWAYS BE TALKING ABOUT SPEED. . It is the SOUL of the tricks..

Well ,after taking some speed , the ARS was already planned with my head. A preview of the maneuver at an early stage is very important because it will keep your body completely focused on it..

I saw that the wave was creating that big ramp and after the bottom turn,i went all in.

Summarizing: Drop, generate speed on the bottom turn (if possible make a more widen bottom turn) and hitting the lip at the right time. With practice and seeing videos you will know when to attack the lip. A good use of the speed is helpful to fly and land from the maneuvers.

    Force GUI! that comes in the HEPTA 2010! :D
    you have to run the world circuit with the Maltese cross beneath the board to promote our Vascão the best spots on the planet!
