Breakfast ( breakfast): grains, soy milk or rice
Lunch : fish ( salmon or Mahi-Mahi) salads, tomato, olive oil, flaxseed and brown rice
Snack1 : natural protein bar ( made by his wife)
Snack 2 : Organic pancake ( made by his wife) and fruit ( grapes or bananas) + energy before training
Snack after workout : Sports Drink + Protein + flaxseed+ bcaa
Dinner: salads, salmon with green tea
Supper: casein or egg whites
